Eric Estrada

Eric Estrada serves as the Executive Director of form communities, which operates community mental health and workforce development programs such as the San Antonio Clubhouse, Peer Academy, and PeerForce.  He has been involved in community mental health since 2014.

Before his role at form communities, his career was primarily in management consulting, advising federal clients on how to perform better.  He has also worked as a consultant to small non-profits— primarily in process improvement, systems-design, and marketing.   

He served as an active duty Air Force officer after graduating from the US Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science in 2004.
