Dorothy West, LCDC PSS RSPS PRSS Trainer 

Dorothy West is the Executive Director of the Center for Recovery and Wellness Resources (CRWR) a Recovery Community Organization; she is a person in long-term recovery with 20 years of continuous sobriety. 

As a person with lived experience and a recovery professional, she helped establish Recovery Support Services (RSS) in hospitals, treatment programs, sobering centers, and recovery housing. As a Recovery Coach Supervisor for 13 years, she supervised recovery coaches at numerous organizations and assisted them keep the fidelity of peer recovery support services.
